Delivery Policy

South Africa
We offer free shipping for items over the value of ZAR 800 within South Africa, which can be delivered either door-to-door or door-to-counter, determined by your location. A tracking number will be sent to you shortly after your order is placed. For the door-to-door service delivery times are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Please include any special delivery instructions in your order comments.

Delivery of items in stock that are shipped immediately within South Africa can take between 2-6 working days from date of purchase or in the case of EFT payments once the funds are cleared. Shipping times may vary during bank/public holidays and during peak periods. We cannot be held responsible for delays which may occur as a result of courier related matters, severe weather conditions and any Act of God.

Please note: if your purchase contains an item that requires a waiting period (i.e. made upon request) the full order will only be shipped once the item has been received from our supplier unless you request otherwise.

Your goods will be shipped once full payment is received and is reflected in our bank account. This can take 2-5 working days depending on the bank you transact with. Unfortunately, we do not sell goods on credit/lay-bye/account.

Please ensure someone trustworthy is available at your shipping address to receive the parcel. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all items are delivered.

We will be unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. We will not accept responsibility for packages which are returned to us or delivered to the incorrect location due to insufficient/incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees will be due for re-sending any order(s). This must be paid in advance of shipment.

International (Outside South Africa)
Shipping fees will depend upon the country, area of delivery and the total weight of the parcel. During checkout, the cost of delivery will be calculated. This will not include possible taxes and duties imposed by Customs in the country of delivery. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These fees vary from country to country and we do not hold any control over these charges. The payment of these fees is solely the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure of the import fees of your country, it is advisable that you call your local customs office.

To comply with South African export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all product(s) ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘Merchandise’.

Our courier service is set up to ensure your orders remain safe and are delivered to you as quickly as possible. We will constantly strive to offer our customers the best overall experience. We use a registered freight service that allows you to track your order. Your tracking number will be sent to you shortly after your purchase is made.

Delivery of items:
Items that are in stock may take 3 to 7 days for International express service. Delivery of orders that have a(n) item(s) that require a waiting period (i.e. made upon order/request) will only be sent once the item has been received from our supplier and is indicated on time of purchase.
