We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as direct EFTs for payment purposes. Transactions are securely processed on our server via PayFast using a verified SSL certificate (this means all data will be encrypted). My Online Souk does not store any debit/credit card information.
You may return an item following that it meets the conditions of our Returns Policy. It must be within four days of receipt, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the Invoice Number and product(s) in question to be returned. Upon receipt of your email we will approve of the return if applicable and we will send you a Returns Form to complete, which you should include with the product(s) you will be returning.
You will be able to exchange the value of the item for another or receive store credit.
Unfortunately, for hygiene purposes we do not accept opened scarves, under-caps, ninja’s or swim-caps.
Also, we reserve the right to reject a request for return if the item is sent back in a condition other than which it was sent, or if it does not comply with our full Returns Policy.
